• IPO is your first point of contact to access Private Medical treatment in Vienna. Your medical enquires will be answered by our Doctor and medical advisor who will assess your medical needs and facilitate your booking with the relevant team of specialist.
• If required, a telephone consultation can be arranged to make sure that we address all your needs and answer all your questions.
• We can help with your visa by providing you with a confirmation letter stating your proposed appointment date.
• Renewal of visa if required
• Our Medical advisor Dr Nadeen Fadhil will be supervising your treatment during your stay and will ensure that you have 24/7 access to medical care during your stay in Vienna.
• Transfer from/to the airport
• Interpreter service
• We can help with hotel booking at special rate.
• Inquiries will be submitted to the relevant clinics, hospitals and institutes to finalize your treatment plan.
• Provide you with a cost estimate of your proposed treatment plan.
• Treatment of patient in his/her mother language if possible.
• Payback of too much prepayment.
• Monitoring of costs during treatment.
• Comprehensive care for patients and their companions during examinations and during their entire stay in Germany.
• Your treatment needs to be planned carefully and specifically for you. We also guide you through any necessary pretreatment investigation required.
• We accept your referral letters and medical reports in Arabic although we prefer English translated reports and test results.
• We provide ongoing support after your return, telephone or skype follow up if necessary.
